Everything on our shelves gets made or selected with the same question: would we serve this to our own family? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut.
Artisan Breads & Pastries
Sourdough, ciabatta, brioche, croissants — all baked from scratch before dawn. We use a maintained starter, long cold ferments, and flour milled close to home. The crust does the talking.
Pantry & Provision
Olive oils, honeys, spices, canned goods, and staples we actually use. We curate the shelf the way we'd curate our own kitchen — no filler, no mystery ingredients, just good food.
Hill Country Sourcing
We work with farms and producers across the Hill Country. When something is in season, it's on the shelf. When it's not, we don't force it. That's how real food works.
Our Story

Balcones Supply Co. started with a conviction that the people of Marble Falls deserved better than store-bought bread and generic groceries. Something with substance. Something that tasted like it was made by a person who cared.
We set up shop on Main Street and got to work. Every loaf, every jar, every item on our shelves is chosen or crafted with that same standard. It's not a marketing line — it's just how we operate. The Hill Country has always valued honesty, and we try to match that in everything we sell.
